Where do you ship from?

All of our coffee is freshly roasted and shipped from the United States. Each order is roasted in small batches to ensure quality and freshness before it leaves our roastery

What are your shipping rates and delivery times?

United States:

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $40

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly based on location and carrier.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we ship to the United States. We’re working on expanding to additional regions and will share updates as soon as they're available.

How long does it take to process my order?

All coffee is roasted and packed within 2–3 business days of your order being placed. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow its journey to you.

How is the coffee packaged?

Each bag is sealed immediately after roasting to preserve freshness. We use durable, thoughtfully chosen packaging designed to protect flavor and aroma until you brew your first cup.

Do you offer whole bean and ground options?

Yes. You can choose between whole beans (for grinding fresh at home) or ground coffee (ready to brew). Your preference can be selected on each product page.

How should I store my coffee?

Keep it simple. Store your coffee in an airtight container, somewhere cool and out of direct light. Skip the fridge, moisture dulls flavour. For the best cup, enjoy within 4 to 6 weeks of opening.

What makes Proper Brew coffee special?

We focus on how it feels, not just how it scores. Our coffees are small batch roasted in the USA and chosen for balance, comfort, and everyday drinkability. We work within specialty standards, but we care most about a cup that feels good to return to. No expertise required.

Do you offer decaf options?

Yes. Just Like This, our decaf medium roast is processed using the Swiss Water Process, a gentle, chemical free method that removes caffeine while keeping the character of the coffee intact.
