Where do you ship from?

All our coffee blends are freshly roasted and shipped from the USA. Every order is roasted in small batches to ensure quality and freshness before it reaches your doorstep.

What are your shipping rates and delivery times?

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we ship to the United States and Canada. We’re working on expanding to more regions soon — stay tuned!

How long does it take to process my order?

All coffee is roasted and packed within 2–3 business days of your order. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your delivery.

How is the coffee packaged?

Every bag is sealed for freshness right after roasting. We use durable, eco-friendly packaging to maintain flavor and aroma until you brew your first cup.

Do you offer whole bean and ground options?

Yes! You can choose whole beans (for grinding fresh at home) or ground coffee (ready to brew). Select your preference on each product page.

How should I store my coffee?

Keep your coffee in an airtight container in a cool, dark place. Avoid the refrigerator — moisture can affect flavor. For the best taste, consume within 4 – 6 weeks of opening.

What makes Proper Brew coffee special?

All our blends are Specialty Grade Craft Coffee, roasted in small batches by expert roasters in the USA. Each blend is graded under SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) guidelines, ensuring top-tier quality, flavor consistency, and freshness.

Do you offer decaf options?

Yes! Our Trapper Peak Decaf Coffee Blend is decaffeinated using the Swiss Water® Process, a 100% chemical-free and eco-friendly method that removes 99.9% of caffeine while keeping full flavor.
