ProperBrew may offer subscription or recurring purchase options for certain products.

Subscription Cancellations

If you purchase a subscription, you may cancel it at any time by following the cancellation instructions provided in your customer account or by contacting us at hello@properbrew.shop.

Cancellations will apply to future orders only. Any orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled and are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Billing & Renewals

Subscription charges are billed automatically according to the purchase option selected at checkout. By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for recurring deliveries until the subscription is canceled.

Changes & Availability

We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue subscription offerings at any time. If a subscription product becomes unavailable, we will notify you and provide appropriate options.
