Return & Refund Policy

At ProperBrew, we take care in selecting and presenting every product we offer. Because some items are perishable and others are not, our return policy varies by product type.

Coffee & Perishable Products

Because coffee is a perishable food product, we are unable to accept returns of delivered coffee. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will promptly provide a replacement or refund.

Merchandise (Non-Perishable Items)

Non-perishable merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How to Request a Return or Report an Issue

To request a return or report an issue, please contact us at hello@properbrew.shop and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos, if applicable (for damaged or incorrect items)

All returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

If a return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Coffee and other perishable goods
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
