At ProperBrew, every order is roasted in small batches and shipped with care.
Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Because your coffee is roasted to order, processing is part of what ensures it arrives fresh. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery
We use trusted carriers to deliver your order. Shipping transit time is typically 3–5 business days. Most orders arrive within 5–8 business days from the time of purchase. Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly based on location.

Shipping Costs
$2.99 shipping on orders under $35. Free shipping on orders over $35. All shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Issues with Your Order
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn’t arrive as expected, please contact us at hello@properbrew.shop within 30 days. We’ll make it right.

Delays
While we work with reliable carriers, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control. If anything comes up, we’re here to help.
